Unfortunately, this means that it is usually impossible for us to cancel an order once it's been processed.
If you no longer want the item(s) purchased, and as long as your product is unopened, please contact our support team by phone or live chat and we'll set up a return for refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.
