How can I get an RMA?

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You can request an RMA, or find out if you are eligible for a return, by contacting our Consumer Support team.

You must have an RMA number for your return to be processed. Unsolicited returns cannot be processed.

For marketplace (Amazon, eBay, Jet, etc.) returns, please follow the return policies for the site of purchase.
