I love the PowerMate devices, and to date, they still work - even on Windows 11.  It's sad these are discontinued as they're great for anything from simple volume control and playback to video and audio scrubbing.  PLEASE BRING THEM BACK.  People keep trying to take mine assuming I can easily replace them.

With Youtube and game streaming being hugely popular, these could really make a comeback.  Think about it.

Sadly, neither 2.1 nor 3.1 can be installed on my M1 Mac because the developer did not sign the drivers. What a bummer. Could someone at Griffin please release a signed version of these drivers?

    Hello,

This device is discontinued and we no longer offer any support for these old 32 bit products. Since the new Mac OS only supports full 64 bit drivers we will not be able to update this 32 bit product to be fully supported on Mac OSX past Sierra.

Version 3.10 does show up here as 64-bit which I think should still run on an M1 Mac. As Kim said, error says it needs to be signed by developer.

“PowerMate” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified."

In Catalina/Big Sur/Monterey you can turn off Gatekeeper briefly via Terminal:

    sudo spctl --master-disable

    Then install, launch PowerMate.

    Turn Gatekeeper back on:

    sudo spctl --master-enable

PowerMate should continue to run normally from then on. So far, so good today. I'll just give it a go. Love these PowerMates.

    Hello,

All of these PowerMate devices are completely discontinued and none of the drivers were developed to work with any of the new full 64 bit Mac or Windows OS. The drivers cannot be setup to be fully compatible so they cannot be signed or verified. There will be no further updates or production of any of these products or their drivers. I am sorry but what we have stored here is what we have and no further drivers will be developed.
